application details dialog: table tree has no margin and no scrollbars, cant see git url completely

      1. Launch "Import an existing OpenShift Express Application" wizard (File->Import->OpenShift)
      2. log in (provide valid credentials)
      3. on the list of available applications: double click on an entry or select & hit "Details"
      4. the application details dialog shows up:

      The application details dialog now displays the application details in a tree table (new implementation, replaces the former). This dialog has 2 minor flaws UI-wise:

      • the table has no margins to the left and to the right.
      • the table has no scroll-bars. This is quite annoying since the git url is too long and it gets cut.
