central refresh job still running after shutdown started

      Steps to repro:

      1. Install latest nightly Central into Indigo SR1 JEE bundle. Restart.
      2. Click Software/Update tab in Central, then Refresh button.
      3. While refreshing, shut down Eclipse.

      Result:
