Need to have more explicit form to handle -b 0.0.0.0

    Description

      currently the workaround is to set host to 0.0.0.0 but then run as does not work since it doesn't know which server that is.

      Should be an option on the server/launch editor to control this.
      Default to host, but also have a way to set it explicitly.
