Remove db-creds from exception message

This is copy of https://github.com/jberet/jsr352/issues/452, created so that we can link the tickets in our tracker properly.

Logging message can print database credentials:

JBERET000622 Failed to obtain connection from <jdbc-url>, {password=<password_in_plain_text>, user=<username_in_plain_text>}
