Allow a JobOperator implementation to be selected based on the environment

Details

    Description

      Currently the JobOperator cannot be overridden as it uses the JobOperatorImpl as the implementation. This also requires that the BatchEnvironment be configured via a service loader. In environments like WildFly it's desirable to have a different JobOperator and BatchEnvironment per deployment. Creating a selector for the JobOperator will allow environments to configure their own JobOperator.
