Provide a type-safe Java JSL as an alternative to XML job descriptors.

It would be preferable to have this JSL as part of the javax.batch standard (see https://java.net/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=4991), but a JBeret public API would still be better than no Java API at all.
