Implement XMLResolver for Job XML parsing

Sometimes I wish to use <!ENTITY ... SYSTEM ...> statement in job XML to eliminate redundant fragments (example project is available at https://github.com/lbtc-xxx/xmlentity). it sounds useful but currently no XMLResolver is set to XMLInputFactory in Job XML parsing of JBeret.
