When importing kitchensink-jsp quickstart into JBDS 10.3.0, you can see two warnings in index.jsp file related to taglib (jstl).
It seems that it is caused by weird invisible character in the file. If you remove the
<div id="content" >
and type it again and save the file, the warnings disappear.
Be sure to remove the paragraph about these warnings from README
