OOM unable to create new native thread from basic module on HP-UX boxes

      EAP integration testsuite blows up with java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: unable to create new native thread on HP-UX boxes. I do not see this on any other platform. Running the same configuration with DR12 bits works fine.
