Legacy EJB client configuration ignores user credentials and can't be used to invoke even unsecured beans

      When using jboss-ejb-client.properties configuration for EJB client, username and password provided in that file are not taken into account. Currently you have to create an AuthenticationContext with these credentials and to allow SASL mechanisms.
      Without specific AuthenticationContext, you can't even invoke unsecured EJBs.
