Bad checking values of port of syslog handler in logging configuration in web console

      1.Run EAP 7.0,0 DR9 in standalone mode with standalone-full-ha profile
      2.Go to subsystems,logging, handler, syslog and add new syslog(only set name)
      3.Try to set port to 0 and save
      4.Refresh and check if port value is changed
      5.Previous value of port is shown

      When you create syslog handler and then try to set port value to 0 it is not really saved and after refreshing page the previous value is shown.
      Through CLI with command /subsystem=logging/syslog-handler=test:write-attribute(name=port,value=0) is port value set to 0 because from read-resource-description the minimum value of port is 0.
