Instructions for JBDS test execution in wrong part of readme file for managed-executor-service quickstart

Currently, the paragraph Run tests from JBDS is amongst the other general instructions on how to run the quickstart. I would suggest moving it to Run the Quickstart in Red Hat JBoss Developer Studio or Eclipse, as is the case with other quickstarts that contain setting up Maven profile and running as JUnit tests (jaxrs-client).
