Management CLI Guide has wrong description of "history --clear" command.

There was wrong help message of history command in CLI, it was fixed in JBEAP-3184

Replace this:

Clear the history of CLI commands from the session memory. The CLI command history is still present in the .jboss-cli-history file saved to the user's home directory.

By something like this:

Clear the history of CLI commands from the session memory and from the .jboss-cli-history file saved to the user's home directory.
