    Description

      Intermittent failures of org.jboss.test.ws.jaxws.cxf.bus.BusTestCase.testReuse test with exception:

      junit.framework.AssertionFailedError: Failure expected, as the WSDLManager for the bus will return the invalid wsdl
	at junit.framework.Assert.fail(Assert.java:57)
	at junit.framework.TestCase.fail(TestCase.java:227)
	at org.jboss.test.ws.jaxws.cxf.bus.BusTestCase.testReuse(BusTestCase.java:167)

      Server log looks the same for passing and failing test.

      We hit it on RHEL 6 and 7, no matter what JDK vendor is used, with both IPv4 and IPv6
