(8.0.z) Replace eclipse-ee4j/mojarra#5345 workaround with auto-added context parameter

    Description

      The eclipse-ee4j/mojarra#5347 is fixed/merged and it allows us to simplify WFLY-18708, i.e. rather than register servlet context listeners, we can just add the requisite Mojarra-specific servlet context init parameter (which will be safely ignored by other implementations).

      This requires backporting the following two commits:
