[GSS](7.4.z) JSF token generation hangs EAP 7.4 Update 15 start up in low entropy environments

    Description

      After updating to EAP 7.4.15 with https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/mojarra/issues/5375, multiple customers are seeing JSF app start ups completely hang.  

       

      This issue has been addressed in EAPSUP-1441, you can read more details there.  Now the fix needs to be incorporated into the next patch for EAP 7.4.
