In scope of https://issues.redhat.com/browse/EAP7-2029 raised question where this generating BOM should live in CP process. During provisioning meeting on 21th August several options were discussed; Engineering, Productisation, SET. As most probable seems it should be part of Productization process.

This issue is to investigate where it should be added and implement it afterwards.
