Add JASPIC security domain for JASPIC developers to our default configuration

One of the JASPIC JSR EG members, that is also part of the community has asked that we include a simple JASPIC domain for development purposes in our default config. This is a trivial and low-risk change that will improve the usability of our out of the box experience.
