(7.3.z) Include the wildfly-openssl ppc64le binding

      The wildfly-openssl project source code include ppc64le bindings and EAP is supported in container on IBM PowerPC; we should include them.

      It doesn't look like that variant was built and pushed to community nexus:

      https://repository.jboss.org/org/wildfly/openssl/

      But prod build already exists since version 1.0.8.Final-redhat-00001:
