Install JBoss EAP 7.3.1 and start EAP by standalone.sh with default settings.

Access datasource configuration screen http://localhost:9990/console/index.html#data-source-configuration;name=ExampleDS

Setting locale from en to zh_Hans on "Settings" link at the bottom right of the screen.

Clink 连接 tab, but the tab display does not switch.

In zh_Hans or ja locale, pressing tab header `连接` as Connection in English does not switch the tab display in the screen of link http://localhost:9990/console/index.html#data-source-configuration;name=ExampleDS.
Tabs display switches correctly in datasource configuration on other than zh_Hans and ja locale.

This issue also can be reproduced on JBoss EAP 7.2.
