Steps to Reproduce:

Hide

1) Set up two PostgreSQL instances on docker with bitnami Pgpool-II cluster using https://gitlab.consulting.redhat.com/jeftaylo/rhpam7-postgres-timers/-/blob/master/support/docker-compose.yml

2) Set up the PostgreSQL jbpm schema as show in https://gitlab.consulting.redhat.com/jeftaylo/rhpam7-postgres-timers/-/blob/master/bin/reset-blue-green.bash (look for postgresql-jbpm-schema.sql)

3) Set up a cluster of three KieServer "PAM 7.2 Update 7" instances using standalone-master.xml, standalone-green,xml and standalone-blue.xml at https://gitlab.consulting.redhat.com/jeftaylo/rhpam7-postgres-timers/-/tree/master/log%2FEAP_7.2.7_2020-04-15-17-02-54

4) Unpack .niogit from https://gitlab.consulting.redhat.com/jeftaylo/rhpam7-postgres-timers/-/blob/master/support/processes.with.green.2.niogit.tar

5) Deploy the master, green and blue processes to their respective KieServers.

6) Run 10,000 loops for a total of 30,000 EJB Timers from the mis-named file https://gitlab.consulting.redhat.com/jeftaylo/rhpam7-postgres-timers/-/blob/master/bin/do_1000_each.bash

When a timer is reloaded for the first time in other node there are no listeners attached to it causing this problem (only in cluster environments with db timers)
