Add warning about use of *-ds.xml in tasks-rs and jta-crash-rec persistence.xml files

      We added a warning to the quickstart 'persistence.xml' files about the use of '*-ds.xml' files.

      The following is the warning that was added to the 'greeter' quickstart 'persistence.xml' file.

      While working on migration content, I noticed 2 quickstarts are missing this warning
