In a survey related to support case: https://access.redhat.com/support/cases/#/case/02471042 a customer commented on the difficulty of navigating our configuration guide. We should evalutate the guide with an eye to re-architecture. Right now the guide is too big and hard to navigate. We need a clear set of procedures that are easy to find. This might mean more than one guide related to configuration.

      The feedback was:

JBoss EAP configuration is extremely difficult, you often find yourself having to use magic commands to modify obscure properties. Perhaps these options are documented somewhere, but finding relevant documentation is quite hard, and understanding it is even harder. I used to think IBM WebSphere hard to configure, but at least they have extensive documentation in place with (relatively) easy to follow instructions for most use cases. It seems that RedHat support is struggling with the same issue, as the conclusion of JBoss EAP configuration issues seem to depend highly on the level of expertise of whoever is handling the case.
