7.3.Beta RN - Missing some new features from CD16

The 7.3 release notes were branched from CD17, so they contain the new features that were present in CD17 and not in CD16. New features regarding web console have been added in JBEAP-16415, and at least one of the features from CD16 (JBEAP-17168) has returned as well: "Support for JBoss EAP Subsystem Metrics in Prometheus Format". However, not all features from CD16 (JBEAP-17168) are in the release notes.

I am not sure if the 7.3 release notes should contain all features from CD16 and CD17, or just those from CD17, but now we have something in between. IMO, RN for 7.3 should contain all features from previous minor release (7.2.), so that includes CD16 as well as CD15. In that case, we're missing features in 7.3.Beta RN.
