Add default timeout for heartbeat_interval and read/write timeouts

    Description

      Defaults have been added for Heartbeat_interval = 1 minute, read/write timeouts = 2* heartbeat_interval and the tcp_alive is set to true, this allows standalone clients to keep the connection open when there is a firewall and also to be able to close the connection on network failure.
