7.2.0 File permissions discrepancy between zip and rpms installation

      Comparing file permissions of files/directories between installation from zip archive and RPM, permissions in zip archive seem to be more benevolent than in rpm. I think we should unify file permissions between those two for all files where possible.

      Note that there are already reported similar issues for 7.1.0: JBEAP-12374 and JBEAP-14922. The latter one is a follow up of the first one where most of the discrepancies have been resolved. Still, when you see differences found for 7.2.0.Beta, you can see much longer list, similar to the first reported issue JBEAP-12374.
