No documented way to use CXF in EAP to send outgoing requests via Websphere MQ rar

Please investigate this issue to determine if a doc update can help other customers avoid the problem this customer had. My investigations suggest that this relates to documentation in "Configuring Messaging", Chapter 31. Resource Adapters", but I may be incorrect. The customer mentions EAP 6.4 specifically, but it's okay to make any useful change in only the 7.x doc update stream.
