[CD13] Revert kubernetes.KUBE_PING docs change from EAP7-861

    Description

      The docs change done in EAP7-861 was done prematurely.

      Although the change from the openshift.KUBE_PING to kubernetes.KUBE_PING discovery protocol was natively implemented in JBoss EAP, the change was never made in the EAP for OpenShift image in CD13.

      The docs change (this MR) should be reverted in CD13 and the upcoming 7.2.Beta. NOTE: The general refactoring of the docs in EAP7-861 is fine to remain, but all mentions of kubernetes.KUBE_PING (and associated configs) should be reverted to openshift.KUBE_PING just for CD13 and the 7.2.Beta.
