[CD12] Add info on using custom providers with Elytron

This is to follow up on feedback from JBEAP-7228 in an post-GA update.

Custom provider usage should be covered in similar way like 2.8.6.1. Using Custom Trust Managers with Elytron (done by JBEAP-7221). The procedure is similar for all components, the requirements are different (this is the important part to cover).
