Redundant start server instruction in quickstarts shared resources

In quickstarts shared resources the first step of Deploy and Undeploy a Quickstart Containing Server and Java Client Projects section is redundant. Starting the server before deploying the project is not needed. This step is not included in previous sections - Deploy and Undeploy a Quickstart WAR Project and Deploy and Undeploy a Quickstart EAR Project.
