Command should be used for reloading, instead of operation

In 2.8.2. Elytron Integration with Remoting HTTP Connectors, I mentioned that there is a CLI snippet that tells the user to do

:reload

:reload operation shouldn't be used in CLI because it's potentially unsafe. The example should be changed to use the reload command instead, that is without the colon at the beginning.
