[7.1] Resteasy migration guide - RestEasy 3.x does not allow same path in @Path annotation for sub resource method and sub resource locator

Description

    RESTEASY-1703 added note to the upstream migration guide related to subresource method and subresource locator. Please backport the fix to the migration guide, once merged upstream.
