(7.1.z) [PROD] File permissions discrepancy between zip and rpms installation

    Description

      Comparing file permissions of files/directories between installation from zip archive and RPM, permissions in zip archive seem to be more benevolent than in rpm. I think we should unify file permissions between those two for all files where possible.
