(7.0.z) Add testcase in EAT for support of RFC6265 compliant cookie validation

Description

    Addition of a server testcase for optional support of RFC6265 compliant cookie validation. Such a testcase can be used across all the versions of the servers, just by including the server in the EapAdditionalTestsuite annotation.
