    Description

      Lazy enlistment fails when there is no active transaction:
      javax.resource.ResourceException: IJ000652: Unable to obtain lock
      org.jboss.jca.core.connectionmanager.tx.TxConnectionManagerImpl.lazyEnlist(TxConnectionManagerImpl.java:820)
