A customer has suggested performance advice on host controller/process controller JVM settings for domain scaliblity.

After talking with the performance team and GSS, I have been advised that no specific settings are required for the the HC/PC JVMs for large domains (https://access.redhat.com/solutions/645943).

I will include this advice in the JVM chapter.
