Installer: click on Download & install button doesn't do anything when recursively installation folder creation needed

1. start the installer
2. login
3. set this path as installation folder: c:\DeveloperPlatform\Platform01\Platform02\Platform03
4. click Continue
5. click Download & Install

result:

• nothing happens
• when you go back and change the path tho c:\DeveloperPlatform, it works fine
• might be related to JBDS-3816
