      The behaviour that I see is that when expanding a section, the dialog expands
      to accomodate it, but when contracting the section, the dialog does not shrink,
      so the table expands to fill the extra space. When expanding the section again,
      the table shrinks so that the dialog does not continue to grow. I think this is
      the correct behaviour.

    Description

      See the attached 2 screenshots - if the user is examining the properties of a build server, and the user expands and then contracts any of the authentication options, then the table listing the jobs configured on the server doubles in size - this increases the size of the entire dialog.
