      1) Check "Show on Startup" in JBoss Central
      2) Close all editors
      3) Show welcome screen
      4) Restart JBDS
      5) Click "Get started with JBoss Central"
Now, one empty tab and JBoss Central tab should be opened - only one tab (Central) should be opened.
Also, when the empty tab is focused, it "transforms" into Central.

After closing Welcome screen, two editor tabs are opened. One empty and one Central.
When the empty editor has focus, it "transforms" into another JBoss Central tab.
Could have something to do with JBIDE-12588 or JBIDE-12598.
