Support notion of "optional" installable connectors in JBoss Central

Per Max, "we implement Central so we can make it do what we want/need."

So, we need to implement a way of having optional dependencies in Central. I believe the goal here would be to mark git integration w/ github and w/ mylyn as OPTIONAL when installing com.jboss.jbds.git.feature.
