When choose some runtimes in JBDS Installer Wizard, these runtimes are not included in JBDS. It means no servers in Server View and no runtimes in Runtime Environment (Window -> Preferences -> Server -> Runtime Environment) except of EAP which is bundled with JBDS 4.1.1 M2.
