[DeltaCloud ref Guide] Preface

1. As an author of docs is presented Dude McPants, please fix author name and email
2. Preface contains 1. Document Conventions, which I found very reduntant, I did not meet it in any other docs. This should not be here.
3. If we get rid of that useless preface, it contains nothing. I would expect some words about deltacloud and or an idea of deploying directly to cloud using our tools
