jbpm4 feature and two versions of jbpm-convert plugin/feature in latest JBDS 4 build

Here's what's in the latest 4.0M2 build:

One bit of weirdness – there are two versions of the jbpm.convert feature/plugin, and the jbpm4 feature is included too (but no jbpm4 plugins). Not sure that's a good thing.

Solution:

• filter jbpm4 from files to include when unzipping the jbpm runnable zip for input into installer.
• disable jbpm-convert builder in uberbuilder since it's now provided in the jbpm runnable.
