      The selinux RPM policy was changed; however, the zip distribution used the previous selinux policies.

      This issue is resolved in JBoss Core Services 2.4.23, as the zip distribution includes the latest selinux policy.

      In addition to the new RPM policy outlined in JBCS-168, we should ship one with the zips also.
