mod_cluster-native uses /var/cache/mod_cluster instead of /opt/rh/jbcs-httpd24/root/var/cache/mod_cluster

The mod_cluster.conf in /opt/rh/jbcs-httpd24/root/etc/httpd/conf.d points to the wrong cache directory (/var/cache/mod_cluster instead of /opt/rh/jbcs-httpd24/root/var/cache/mod_cluster). The MemManagerFile directive of the configuration should be fixed.
