DataSourcePersistentManager does not overwrite creation time when "re-inserting" a record

RDBMSStoreBase.storeSessionData handles a situation where an SQL INSERT of a new session fails due to an existing DB record by trying to do an SQL UPDATE. This update is not overwriting the creation time column.
