Remove jbossxb.jar to jboss-xml-binding.jar rename in build.xml

      As Paul notified, the build currently rename jbossxb.jar to jboss-xml-binding.jar just for not chaning the wsconsume script. We need to remove this special treatment and fix scripts relying on "jboss-xml-binding" name
