UndeclaredThrowableException:ReflectionException:IllegalArgumentException on call to ManagementViewImpl.updateComponent() on Topic or Queue containing primitive int or boolean property with value of null

Rather than allowing this ugly exception to occur, the profile service should mark these props as mandatory, since they obviously are, and it should also throw a friendlier exception when a mandatory prop has a null value when updateComponent() is called, e.g.:

Failed to update 'Queue Destination' managed component 'MyQueue' - cause: the property 'pageSize' is mandatory - a non-null value must be specified.
