In ~~JBAS-4389~~ we enabled jboss.vfs.forceNoCopy=true, by default (if not specified)

If the NoCopy functionality proves stable, we should make that the default, remove the jboss.vfs.forceNoCopy flag and instead create a

jboss.vfs.forceCopy

to explicitly enable it.
