Stax API is duplicated in lib/stax-api.jar and server/lib/jboss-javaee.jar

      The lib dir contains jaxb, which has a dependency on stax-api.
      This API should however not be duplicated in jboss-javaee.jar

      Whit the new classloading it is a problem that the stax impl (i.e. wstx.jar) is not colocated with the stax-api.jar
